Each stage in the process is carefully monitored and quality control is paramount in our manufacturing policy. We have qualified inspectors who will test a minimum of three times over the course of the process to ensure that any faulty boards are detected and removed. Get a Quote Today!         Front End   Drilling   Graphole   Photo Etch   Plating   Etcher           Our engineers manipulate data via a CAM package onto one of our manufacturing panels for production...   Data information recieved from Front End is used to drill the panels...   A small amount of graphite is placed down the holes of the panels...   The image of the tracks are photo etched onto the panels...   Copper tanks are used to plate the required amount of copper down the holes and onto the surface of the panels...   Panels then pass through the Etcher to remove the exposed copper...                       Curtain Coater   Solder Leveller   Legend   Testing/Inspection   Profiling   Assembly           Panels are cleaned on both sides before passing through a 'curtain' of ink...   Panels are then inserted vertically into a tank of tin-lead to cover all exposed copper...   A Screen originated by Front End is prepared containing any legends that the customer requires...   Each panel is inspected a minimum of three times over the course of the process...   CNC routing machines use data from Front End to profile panels to the correct size and shape...   State-of-the-art assembly department for panel completion...
